Oracle realized the power of going beyond just delivering working SaaS products to their customers and not delivering moments of delight in the process. They looked at every customer touchpoint across the brand, marketing, sales, service, and their actual product interfaces and realized there was a great opportunity to unify the experience from the branding, the visual language, and the functionality. It was my pleasure to be included in the process of a complete rebrand for Oracle, Oracle’s product design, and the marketing sites.
