Revolutionizing Library Assistance: AI Chatbot Design for USC Libraries
Sara Shuman worked on designing the UI/UX and conversational flow for a new AI-powered chatbot for USC Libraries. The chatbot was developed to assist USC students and faculty in their search for information and resources. Sara collaborated with the library staff to identify user needs and transformed key requirements into intuitive conversational interfaces. Her designs focused on creating an engaging experience that provided users with prompt and accurate assistance while delivering valuable insights into the libraries’ vast collection of over 250 million records.
